We stand behind the new gear we sell. If something shows up and it’s not what you expected, you’ve got 14 days from delivery to send it back. Must be unused and packed up like you got it. You cover return shipping unless it’s damaged or clearly off from what we described. When we say “used,” “open box,” or “as-is,” that means exactly that. We price it low and call it like it is — so all sales are final on those items. Read the descriptions, check the photos, and feel free to ask before you buy. We’ll give you the straight answer. Buying a big item? You can pick it up from our Oak Hills warehouse or let us deliver it locally (delivery fee may apply). After that, you’ve got 24 hours to report an issue, and we’ll work it out. No surprises. Delivery fees are non-refundable, and return transport is on you — unless it was way off from what we promised. We’re not hiding behind boulders — we’re out in the open with the good stuff.

If you get somethin’ completely different than what was listed, we’ll offer a refund, exchange, or store credit. That’s just fair. -
Beat Up in Transit? Speak Up Fast
If your item got roughed up on the trail, we’ll offer a refund, exchange, or store credit. That’s just fair — can’t help what happens in the wild. -
Carrier Trouble? We’ll Handle It
If the shipping folks messed up, we’ll file a claim and get your gold back once the dust settles and the claim clears. -
No Takin’ It Back
All sales are final. This ain’t no department store. Once it leaves the depot, it’s yours. -
