Shipping & Delivery

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. We use FedEx rates based on box size and weight. Small items go fast. Bigger stuff takes muscle. Pickup: Free from our warehouse in Oak Hills, CA. Delivery: Curbside delivery available for larger items. Want it inside or upstairs? Ask about White Glove service (extra cost). Delivery fees depend on how far you are from the mine. We’ll show you a map at checkout so you’ll know the cost before confirming.

Here’s how we get your goods from the depot to your door:

• Fast Shipping
  We ship most orders within 1–2 business days using FedEx or USPS. Most items under 100 pounds are eligible for nationwide shipping.
• Free & Flat Rate Shipping
  Orders over $25.00 ship free. Orders under $25.00 ship for a flat $10.00 fee.
• Local Delivery
  We offer free local delivery within 15 miles of the depot (limits apply). We also deliver large or heavy items up to 50 miles for a fee. Outside our 50-mile range? We’ll contact you after purchase to confirm the delivery cost.
• Local Pickup
  Local pickup is available by appointment from our Oak Hills, CA warehouse. We’ll send pickup instructions after checkout.
• Other Notes
  Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
